Cancellation Policy:
All orders (including weddings) are non refundable but may be transferred to a different date. Please be sure you are 100% positive you want to book your order before paying your deposit.

Refund Policy:
The Cookie Emporium reserves to the right to refund orders on a situational basis. Any order that is delivered and set up completely in tact will NOT receive a refund.

A RUSH order is defined as an order that is requested the week of your event.

Rush orders will ONLY be accepted if The Cookie Emporium's baking schedule can accommodate it.

Late RUSH order are placed within 72 hours ( or UNDER 3 FULL days notice). These orders will be assessed a $50.00 fee. This includes orders that were inquired about previously and did not secure space with a deposit. This also applies to an "Add On" order to an order previously placed. Day of orders will be declined.
